We keep investing in a compliance management system aligned with industry best practice, so that compliance requirements run through every business activity and process. We also foster a culture of integrity and require all employees to follow our Code of Business Conduct.

Continuous innovation has driven Yiguo Tech for more than 10 years, and respecting and protecting intellectual property is central to it. As an innovator and as a follower, practitioner and contributor to intellectual property, we protect our own IP and trade secrets and respect those of others. Employees are strictly prohibited from obtaining, disclosing, using or handling others' trade secrets by any improper means.

An independent IT and Information Security Officer leads the company's IT and trade secret compliance system, sets trade secret policies, rules and processes, and supports every business unit in carrying them out.

Bribery and corruption undermine fair competition and do serious harm to society, the economy, our partners and our own business. Yiguo Tech has zero tolerance for them. No employee may offer a bribe, directly or indirectly, to a public official or any other entity or individual to win business. If a supplier, service provider, ecosystem partner or other partner offers such a bribe to a Yiguo Tech employee, the employee must refuse it and report it to the company. We reaffirm our commitment to integrity, business ethics and legal compliance, and we oppose bribery and corruption in every form.
